This full-time role blends hands-on engineering with direct customer ownership on a new AI-native product in Whatfix Labs and a product still in stealth. Role Overview You will sit with customers, surface the highest-value use cases, build them on the products, and stay accountable for outcomes until the solution is live and used. Roughly half the work is engineering and half is customer-facing. You will support accounts worldwide, travel to customer sites in the US and EU for discovery, workshops, and go-live when needed, and plan for late-evening calls across time zones. Success means shipping demos and solutions that convert prospects into pilots and paying accounts, with pilots and launches consistently meeting agreed success criteria. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery for multiple enterprise accounts: discovery, custom demos, pilot success criteria, automation build, evaluations, and go-live Work with customers to map workflows and turn SOPs into prompts, just-in-time context, configurations (including unattended mode), and integrations with their tech stack Visualise how the products connect with third-party enterprise applications; design data and information flows; anticipate multi-system integration bottlenecks; and build mitigations for live use cases and eval suites Build and run eval suites that measure accuracy, determinism, and edge cases; close gaps before sign-off, especially for unattended mode Debug failures, iterate prompts and context, tune automation to production readiness, then validate in the customer’s production environment, track usage and success, and resolve post-go-live issues Configure tooling end to end—MCP servers and connectors, tool-call orchestration, and just-in-time context so each automation step has exactly what it needs; treat prompt and context design as core engineering deliverables Contribute reusable use cases, prompts, templates, and integrations to the shared playbook; help create repeatable 0-to-1 automation patterns; keep clear project trackers; flag capability gaps to the FDE Lead and Product team; and represent the products in customer demos and workshops What You Bring Four or more years in a customer-facing technical role (forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation consulting)…
