We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, solving real implementation problems and helping customers deploy complex products in their own environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical foundation, ideally with a computer science background or equivalent hands-on engineering experience
- Ability to work directly with customers and communicate clearly in technical settings
- Experience troubleshooting integrations, implementations, or deployment-related issues
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments and moving quickly with limited structure
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical depth with customer empathy
- Regular use of modern engineering tools and AI-assisted workflows in day-to-day work
