Role Overview
Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Psychiatry practice, including diagnostic formulation and medication management. Write ‘golden’ reference responses at attending-level quality to ensure high standards. Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to maintain accuracy and consistency. Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior. Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions for alignment.
Requirements
- Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.
- Fellows must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
