Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute financial foreclosure documents in line with federal compliance standards. Apply expertise in judicial and non-judicial timelines and documentation across agencies, investors, and insurers. Calculate and assemble foreclosure judgment figures and state-mandated paperwork. Receive, review, and process attorney-supplied documents through the LPS system to ready loans for sheriff's sale. Determine bidding instructions for foreclosure sales nationwide and issue HAMP certification notifications ahead of sale. Represent LoanCare professionally in legal proceedings, including potential trial and deposition involvement. Coordinate with executive and senior leadership, financial institutions, investors, and the approved attorney network, while recommending process improvements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college, a degree in Business, Math, English, or Legal studies, or comparable experience preferred. 2–5 years of foreclosure or mortgage default experience (foreclosure preferred), or 1–3 years with mortgage loan software.
