Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience using Zendesk
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • At least 6 months experience in customer support
  • Tech-savvy, able to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
