About the Role

As a Floating Property Manager with Avenue 5, you will move between multiple apartment communities across the Spokane area, providing coverage and leadership wherever it is needed most. This position pays $29 per hour and is a full-time, on-site role based in Spokane, Spokane County. You will champion strong resident relationships while ensuring each property you support performs at its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at assigned communities during periods of transition, vacancy, or staffing gaps.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals to drive property performance.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor activity to keep properties safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Help guide and mentor on-site teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
