Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Self-motivated with a flexible and positive attitude.
