About the Role

As a Finance Transformation Practitioner at Accenture, you will spearhead large-scale Finance and Accounting (F&A) reinvention programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will pair domain mastery in finance with genuine fluency in artificial intelligence, agentic technologies, and modern ERP ecosystems, guiding engagements end to end and cultivating trusted relationships at the CFO level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Reinvention initiatives for Fortune 500 clients, shaping the future of their finance functions.
• Drive deals across the full lifecycle, from origination and shaping through to execution and delivery.
• Apply expertise in AI, agentic technologies, and modern ERP platforms to transform finance operations.
• Build and sustain enduring, C-suite relationships, partnering closely with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
• Bring commercial sharpness to every engagement, connecting finance strategy to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience as a finance practitioner with mastery of Finance and Accounting (F&A).
• Genuine fluency in AI and agentic technologies applied to finance.
• Working knowledge of modern ERP ecosystems and finance transformation tooling.
• A proven, commercially minded track record of leading deals from origination through execution.
• The credibility and presence to build lasting relationships at the CFO and senior executive level.
