Requirements
- 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
- Experience managing transactions from term sheet to closing
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate loan documents
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- J.D. from a well-regarded institution and strong academic credentials
- Admission (or pending admission) in the jurisdiction where you’ll be working
