As Private Debt continues expanding, the position is expected to evolve with business needs. Located in Boston, MA, this full-time Finance Manager, Private Debt role requires three days per week in the office (subject to change based on business requirements). Massachusetts base salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000, with potential for annual discretionary incentive compensation tied to performance. What You'll Do Create and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, fund-level returns, and investor packages for Private Debt funds Partner with Investor Relations on fundraising documents and respond to investor requests covering performance data, fee details, and underlying portfolio financials Build monthly and quarterly management analyses of fund performance for senior management Advance the valuation process covering debt, equity, and CLO investments Review work performed by the fund administrator on Private Debt funds Administer assigned funds by calculating, preparing, reviewing, and coordinating capital calls and distributions Assist the Tax team with quarterly tax estimates and year-end tax allocations Track investment portfolios held by the various Private Debt funds Monitor interest payment receipts across the full portfolio Manage, monitor, and reconcile daily cash activity with banks Lead year-end audited financial preparation and review with the firm’s external auditor Provide…
