As Private Debt continues expanding, the position is expected to evolve with business needs. Located in Boston, MA, this full-time Finance Manager, Private Debt role requires three days per week in the office (subject to change based on business requirements). Massachusetts base salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000, with potential for annual discretionary incentive compensation tied to performance.
