We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team, who will own our financial tooling, workforce analytics, and compensation modelling, and care about whether the numbers make sense as much as whether the systems run.
Requirements
- MSc degree in a quantitative domain
- 2-4 years in a role that combined financial analysis with data or systems work
- Strong experience in Google Sheets or Excel modelling
- Familiarity with Deel, Xero, or comparable platforms at data-access level
- Self-directed and precise
