Finance Associate Attorney role in a premier global law firm, working on complex financing transactions, representing banks and private credit lenders, and advising on risk allocation and deal structuring.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 3–5 years of law firm experience in finance transactions
- Experience representing banks, private credit funds, or institutional lenders required
- Strong background in leveraged lending, commercial lending, and/or private credit preferred
- Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in
