About the Role

EchoStar is hiring a full-time Field Technician based in Paradise, Clay County. In this customer-facing position, you'll be the face of our brand in the field — installing, servicing, and supporting the technology that keeps households connected. This is an on-site role that pairs practical technical skill with friendly, dependable customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and service satellite television, smart home, and connectivity equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs or upgrades to restore reliable service
• Walk customers through how their equipment works and answer their questions on-site
• Complete each installation to company standards while keeping a safe, professional work area
• Accurately document every service visit and the work performed

Qualifications

• Comfortable with hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, and using basic tools and test equipment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Able to work independently and manage a daily schedule of service appointments
• Willing to work on-site in and around Paradise, Clay County
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between customer sites
