Strong Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical support and services to customers, including preventive maintenance, installation, site surveys, demand and emergency services related to digital cinema equipment. The position requires an associate’s degree or equivalent and experience with electronics related to the Pro-Av market. Requirements
- Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with electronics related to the Pro-Av market
- Familiarity with computer and networking concepts and architecture
- Experience with digital cinema equipment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Valid, state issued driver’s license
- Ability to stand, sit, squat and bend for a period of time
