Field Service Engineer HPLC and GC

LNN Pace Analytical Life Sciences is hiring a full-time Field Service Engineer specializing in HPLC and GC systems to join our team in Lititz, Lancaster County. About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer focused on HPLC and GC instrumentation, you will own the upkeep, troubleshooting, and qualification of analytical equipment that scientific teams rely on every day. Working a Monday-through-Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) at our Lititz location, you will help advance science and contribute to safer, healthier communities through dependable instrument performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of HPLC and GC analytical instruments.
• Carry out and supervise qualification testing to confirm equipment meets operational and compliance standards.
• Diagnose technical faults and resolve issues to minimize instrument downtime.
• Document service activities, calibrations, and qualification results accurately.
• Collaborate with laboratory and scientific teams to keep analytical workflows on track.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC) systems.
• Working knowledge of instrument maintenance, repair, and qualification practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Lititz, Lancaster County, during standard weekday business hours.
• Clear communication and thorough record-keeping abilities.
