Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 2 years of professional experience; field experience is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and the capability to accurately capture and enter data.
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in standard operating systems (Windows, Apple OS) and Microsoft Office, plus the ability to quickly learn commercial real estate terminology.
  • Comfortable with independent fieldwork, extensive travel, navigating large geographic areas, and working in all weather conditions.
