Getlabs is seeking a Field Phlebotomy Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day operations and ensure patients have the best experience possible. The supervisor will oversee the quality of patient operations, manage logistics, and lead a team of mobile phlebotomists.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience in a leadership position
- In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities, and techniques
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong public speaking abilities with the business acumen to represent the Getlabs professionally
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
