As a Field Operations Technician, you will be responsible for leading field data collections, operating LiDAR and sensor equipment, and ensuring data quality. This is a hands-on, high-travel role that requires strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with customers.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in fieldwork, operations, or logistics-intensive roles
- Comfortable with 50-75% travel and capable of long days outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and experience navigating remote areas, unpaved roads, and utility corridors in a vehicle
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with customers
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle gear, files, field reports, and logistics across multiple active deployments
