Role overview (listing rewrite)

Bolt.new is hiring a Field Marketing Manager in San Francisco, CA to take full ownership of our event-driven growth strategy as we scale our AI-powered app builder to developers worldwide. About the Role As Field Marketing Manager at Bolt.new, you will consolidate all event marketing under a single owner, transforming a busy event calendar, a new San Francisco office, and expanding co-marketing partnerships into a measurable pipeline channel. This full-time, on-site San Francisco role is about building repeatable, scalable motions rather than one-off activations. Key Responsibilities Lead field marketing end to end, spanning conferences, dinners, local activations, and digital events. Design and run Bolt-hosted gatherings such as happy hours, product camps, and roundtables at our SF office and in priority markets. Develop digital programming including webinars, live builds, and virtual roundtables, plus co-marketing sessions with partners. Oversee third-party event partnerships, covering logistics, contracts, creative, staffing, and budget. Drive the event-to-pipeline motion: pre-event targeting, on-site lead capture, follow-up sequences, and attribution reporting. Partner with Sales on invite lists that reach high-value accounts and key personas. Align programming with Community and Product Marketing around launches and product moments. Manage the event budget and report clear ROI across attendees, meetings, pipeline, and sourced deals. Create reusable playbooks and evaluate vendors for OOH, venues, production, and swag. Qualifications 3+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation with a heavy events focus. Demonstrated success planning conferences, executive dinners, and experiential activations. Hands-on experience building your own events, not only coordinating vendors. Familiarity with digital formats like webinars, virtual roundtables, and livestreams. Strong project management skills to run multiple events at different stages at once. Comfort owning a six-figure budget and reporting on ROI and pipeline attribution. Excellent written and spoken English, as English is the primary working language. Bonus points for experience at a PLG or developer tools company, building a local event series from scratch, working across B2C community and B2B executive events, using CRM and automation tools like HubSpot or Apollo, familiarity with AI/ML or no-code/low-code spaces, sourcing OOH campaigns, managing partnerships worth $200K+, and actively using Bolt.new or similar AI…
