FARO INSIGHT is looking for a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) as independent contractor to support customer-facing technical activities across Spain. The role requires strong knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD tools and workflows, as well as excellent communication skills in English. The position is remote with travel as required by project scope.
Requirements
- BS Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, related Engineering, surveying, drafting, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a Field Application Engineer, Account Manager, technical consultant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD tools and workflows
- Ability to read and interpret information from blueprints
- Clear oral/written communications
- Good language competencies, excellent communication skills in English
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally internationally, depending on project needs
