Walk members through fertility assessments, available treatments, and what to expect throughout the journey. Explain common reasons behind infertility in clear, accessible terms. Help members prepare meaningful questions for in-person clinicians, closing language and cultural gaps along the way. Guide members in choosing and transitioning between fertility clinics and facilities. Document each encounter within MPractice, Maven's practice management platform. Partner with Maven's Care Delivery team on referrals, follow-ups, and continuity of care. Represent Maven's culturally humble care philosophy with every member interaction. Qualifications Currently living in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or Australia. Fluent in both English and Cantonese, spoken and written. Registered Nurse or Midwife holding a valid, in-good-standing license from the relevant regulator (such as the Singapore Nursing Board). Recognized nursing or midwifery credential; extra training in fertility, IVF, or reproductive health is a plus.
