About the Role As a Family Support Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for families navigating crisis situations across our Better Families Program. Operating in Hardee, Highlands, Orange, Osceola, Polk, and Seminole Counties, you'll combine direct support with case management to help families access resources, stabilize their circumstances, and build sustainable futures. This is hands-on work—you'll be evaluating family needs, coordinating services, and serving as a steady presence during some of your community's most critical moments.
