About the Role

As a Fall After School Recreation Attendant for the City of Boise, you'll join the Afterschool Team for the upcoming fall school year, with programming beginning August 17, 2026. In this full-time, on-site position, you'll guide and engage children ages 5 to 17, helping deliver enriching, well-rounded recreation experiences in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support children ages 5–17 during after school hours at school-based community centers in Boise.
• Assist in organizing and leading age-appropriate recreational and educational activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and secure setting where every participant feels encouraged.
• Build supportive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
• Help maintain the safety, structure, and smooth daily operation of the program.
