Culta is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician in Cambridge, Dorchester County, Maryland, to keep our cultivation campus running at its best. If you take pride in hands-on work and thrive in a fast-moving, quality-obsessed environment, this role was made for you.
About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Culta, you'll be the person who ensures our Cambridge, Maryland production facility stays safe, clean, and fully operational. Working on-site (this is not a remote position), you'll support the systems and spaces that allow our team to grow premium cannabis day after day.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance across the Cambridge campus, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues as they arise.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime in cultivation and production areas.
- Keep accurate logs of work performed, parts used, and equipment status.
- Uphold safety standards, sanitation protocols, and regulatory compliance throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities, building, or general maintenance work.
- Practical knowledge of repair trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a reliable, detail-focused approach.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Cambridge, Dorchester County, Maryland.
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and consistent quality.
