About the Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician at Hampton Inn & Suites North Huntingdon Irwin, you will be the steady presence behind a property that stays attractive, clean, safe, and secure. Day to day, you will look after the upkeep of our common areas and lead the preventative maintenance that keeps guest rooms in excellent shape, handling minor mechanical, maintenance, and security tasks as they arise in this full-time, on-site North Huntingdon role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of all hotel common areas.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and routine care across guest rooms to ensure comfort and reliability.
• Respond to minor mechanical and general repair needs promptly and professionally.
• Support the safety and security of the building, catching small issues before they grow.
• Help present an inviting, well-kept environment that reflects the Hampton standard for every guest.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience with general building maintenance and minor mechanical repairs.

• Reliability, self-direction, and the ability to manage everyday upkeep independently.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in North Huntingdon, Westmoreland County.
