Facilities Maintenance Tech

Defined Fitness Inc is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Tech to keep our South Valley, Albuquerque fitness clubs safe, clean, and fully operational for every member who walks through our doors.

About the Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Tech with Defined Fitness Inc, you will be responsible for upholding the condition, appearance, and functionality of our club locations. Reporting to the Operations Team Manager, this on-site, non-exempt position keeps our equipment, common areas, and building systems running smoothly so members and staff enjoy a first-rate environment throughout South Valley, Albuquerque.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect club facilities regularly and carry out quality assessments to spot maintenance needs early.
• Plan, schedule, and complete repairs across building systems, fixtures, and fitness equipment.
• Track and replenish maintenance supplies and parts to keep inventory at the right levels.
• Respond promptly to upkeep requests to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Support a clean, well-functioning, and welcoming setting across all club areas.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in facilities, building, or equipment maintenance and repair.
• Working knowledge of general maintenance tasks and the ability to diagnose common issues.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating repair schedules and managing inventory.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site at Defined Fitness club facilities in South Valley, Albuquerque.
