About the Role
As the Facilities Administrator at TSC, you will lead the running and optimization of every company site across the US. The position pairs practical, day-to-day operations with strategic direction, so you'll move fluidly between troubleshooting on the ground and shaping longer-term plans. You will report to the Senior Logistics Manager and act as the primary point of accountability for keeping facilities safe, efficient, and ready to support the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the operational management and ongoing optimization of all TSC facilities.
- Stay actively engaged in routine facility operations, upkeep, and on-the-spot problem solving.
- Provide strategic guidance that strengthens how each site functions over time.
- Coordinate maintenance activities so that company premises remain reliable and well-maintained.
- Partner closely with the Senior Logistics Manager to align facility performance with wider operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven capability managing facilities operations in a hands-on, results-driven way.
- A strategic mindset balanced with the willingness to address daily operational details directly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to keep multiple sites running smoothly.
- Availability to work on-site within the US (this is not a remote role).
