About the Role

As an Expo at Ruby Tuesday in Tullahoma, Coffee County, you act as the vital link between the heart of house and the service team. You make sure orders are completed promptly, plated to recipe standards, and matched to each Guest's special requests before they leave the line. This is an on-site, full-time position central to delivering a consistent dining experience across our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm that all food orders are prepared on time, follow Ruby Tuesday recipes, and honor any Guest modifications.
• Coordinate closely with both service and kitchen staff to move dishes efficiently to the dining room, bar, and TueGo/Catering orders.
• Operate the Kitchen Display System (KDS) accurately to track tickets and keep order flow organized.
• Inspect each plate for quality, accuracy, and presentation before it is delivered.
• Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and orderly expediting station throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed during high-volume service.
• Sharp attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Comfort working comfortably in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including on your feet for extended periods.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to support both front- and back-of-house teammates.
• Availability for a full-time schedule on-site in Tullahoma, Coffee County.
