- 2+ years of public accounting experience
- Entity experience (Corporations, Partnerships, and LLCs, Trust Preparation experience)
- Ability to prepare working trial balance and year-end adjusting entries
- Broad understanding of Tax Law with specialized knowledge in individual, corporate, and estate and gift tax
- High Net Worth Individual, Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, and Trust Preparation experience
- Excellent research, writing, verbal, and written communication skills
