The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar role and is comfortable with life-admin artifacts like triaged inboxes and commitment trackers.
Requirements
- 3+ years as an EA, Chief of Staff, or similar high-context support role
- Expertise in Gmail, Outlook, Superhuman, Notion, Apple Notes, Evernote, iCloud, Google Photos
- Comfortable with life-admin artifacts like triaged inboxes and commitment trackers
- Clear written communication and ability to encode reasoning into deterministic rubrics
