Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner, managing executive workflows, coordinating international logistics, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple business initiatives and global time zones.
Requirements
- Senior Executive Assistant / C-suite support experience (3-5 years)
- Experience managing complex executive workflows, cross-time-zone calendars, and international coordination
- Strong background in confidential data handling and complex project tracking in structured environments
- Familiarity with PMP and/or Six Sigma principles
- High proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and ability to quickly adapt to internal systems/tools
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Experience producing accurate executive-level documents (briefs, reports, agendas, presentations)
