Native Lights Casino is hiring an EVS Maintenance team member in Newkirk, Kay County to help keep our gaming floor, public spaces, and grounds spotless, safe, and welcoming for every guest and employee.

About the Role

As an EVS (Environmental Services) Maintenance worker reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will handle the day-to-day upkeep, cleaning, and minor repairs of both the interior and exterior of the casino property. This non-exempt position is central to the impression guests form the moment they arrive, so attention to detail and pride in a clean environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of gaming areas, restrooms, dining spaces, offices, and common areas throughout each shift.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the building's exterior, entrances, and surrounding grounds.
• Complete light maintenance tasks and minor repairs to keep facilities functioning and presentable.
• Respond promptly to spills, debris, and other cleanliness concerns to protect guest and staff safety.
• Restock supplies and report larger maintenance needs to the Facilities Manager.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and property procedures to support a secure environment.

Qualifications

• A strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout a shift.
• Reliability and willingness to work a schedule that supports casino operations.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a facilities team.
• Comfortable using standard cleaning equipment and basic maintenance tools.
