Events Director

Boca Raton Community Church is seeking a creative, organized Events Director to lead the planning and flawless execution of gatherings that draw people closer to God and to one another in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County.

About the Role

As the Events Director at Boca Raton Community Church, you will own the vision and delivery of every church event, from sweeping weekend celebrations to intimate midweek ministry gatherings. This full-time, on-site role sits at the heart of a vibrant, team-driven culture where each gathering is designed to be welcoming, purposeful, and memorable. You will help guests feel they belong while encouraging them to take meaningful next steps in their faith journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of church events of every size and scope.
• Shape gatherings that inspire attendees to connect with God, build relationships with others, and grow spiritually.
• Collaborate closely with ministry teams, volunteers, and staff to ensure every event runs smoothly.
• Create a warm, intentional, and inviting atmosphere across weekend services and weekday ministry programs alike.
• Oversee event logistics and details so each experience reflects excellence and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and project-management skills, ideally within event planning or ministry settings.
• A gift for organization, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities at once.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative, team-first approach.
• Passion for serving people and supporting the mission and values of a faith community.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in Boca Raton, including weekend and midweek events.
