We are looking for a Personal Logistics / Planning Expert to develop long-horizon planning tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent evaluation in personal logistics, and coordinate multi-party events considering availability and location constraints.
Requirements
- 3+ years in travel planning, concierge work, executive support, or project management.
- Expertise in complex travel planning, contractor shortlisting, household move coordination, or multi-party event planning.
- Proficient in reading and producing logistics artifacts: itineraries, contractor shortlists, move checklists, comparison tables.
- Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning step by step.
