The ideal candidate has experience in estimating, Cin 7, and Airtable, with a systems-thinking mindset and strong attention to detail.

- Solid estimating experience
- Hands-on experience with Cin 7
- Experience building or managing workflows in Airtable
- Comfortable working with multiple systems
