Requirements

• Education: Studying Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Administration, or Production Engineering
• Analytical Mindset: Extreme organization and ease in prioritizing what’s important versus what’s urgent
• Communication: Writing and clarity to transmit information
• Adaptability: Profile that feels comfortable in an environment of rapid changes and constant testing
• Tech Savvy: Dominance of Google Workspace (Sheets and Slides are essential)
• Prompt Engineering: Knowing that AI is as good as the instruction you give it. Having curiosity in testing different prompts to get better results.
• AI in Workflow: Experience or strong interest in using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity for research, text structuring, or simple data analysis.
• Tooling: Knowledge in management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Notion) and communication (Slack).
• Experience: Experience in Junior Company, agencies, or projects that required self-management
