Key Responsibilities

• Open, coordinate, and close escrow transactions accurately and on schedule
• Bring and cultivate your own book of business, nurturing relationships with agents, lenders, and clients
• Prepare, review, and disburse settlement statements, closing documents, and escrow instructions
• Guide buyers and sellers through each milestone, keeping every party informed and reassured
• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate, title, and escrow regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a licensed Escrow Officer
