About the Role
Orchard is hiring a full-time Escrow Officer (with portable book) to lead closings and title coordination for our growing real estate operation in San Antonio, Bexar County. This is an on-site position ideal for a seasoned escrow professional who brings their own client relationships and wants to shape a smoother, less stressful home-buying and selling journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee residential escrow and closing transactions from open to funding
- Bring and grow an existing book of business across San Antonio and Bexar County
- Prepare, review, and reconcile closing documents, settlement statements, and disbursements
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and title teams to keep each transaction on track
- Ensure every file complies with state regulations and company standards
- Deliver a clear, reassuring closing experience that reflects Orchard's commitment to simplicity
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Escrow Officer managing residential closings
- An active, portable book of business in the San Antonio / Bexar County market
- Strong knowledge of Texas title, escrow, and closing procedures
- Sharp attention to detail and confident handling of financial and legal documentation
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in San Antonio, Bexar County
