About the Role

As an Entertainment Team Associate at Walmart's Capitol, Richmond store, you'll be a key part of a fast-paced retail team responsible for keeping the entertainment section stocked, organized, and customer-ready. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock, face, and organize entertainment merchandise including electronics, media, and related products
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions within the entertainment department
• Maintain planogram standards and ensure accurate product placement and signage
• Process freight and replenish inventory to keep shelves full and shoppable
• Collaborate with team members and department leads to meet store goals
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or handheld scanners as required

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required — Walmart provides on-the-job training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow merchandising guidelines
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer service

Compensation

• Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour (actual rate will meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage)
• Eligible for annual or quarterly performance-based incentive pay
• Shift or facility premiums may apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on circumstances
