We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to work as part of a driven team to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing customer base. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll collaborate with Account Executives, work directly with customers, craft technical demonstrations, create enablement resources, build self-service tools, and identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Ability to work directly with customers and iterate on solutions
- Strong technical background and proficiency in Python
- Excellent communication skills with adaptability to different audiences
- Experience working with customers
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
