As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a trusted partner to C-level clients, responsible for positioning and selling high-value consulting and professional services engagements that drive digital, agile, and organizational transformation.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in IT or professional services sales, ideally in consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery
  • Experience with Atlassian tools is desirable, but expertise in transformation and organizational change is more important
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders through a consultative, client-centric approach
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account and territory plans based on data and market insights
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide a team, set clear goals, and deliver results
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, influencing decisions at the executive level
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and consistently convert opportunities into results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, lead initiatives, and enhance performance
  • Fluency in English and German, with French being an asset
