About the Role As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Optimal Dynamics, you will own the full cycle of winning enterprise carrier accounts—engaging decision-makers both remotely and in person out in the field. This is a strategic, consultative, field-based hunting role (not office-based) that calls for roughly 30–50% travel so you can build trust face-to-face with prospects. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Sales Engineers and Customer Success colleagues to deliver solutions that help asset-based carriers run smarter, data-driven operations. Key Responsibilities Source, pursue, and close enterprise-level dedicated and for-hire (asset-based) carrier accounts. Apply deep industry knowledge to craft creative deal strategies and negotiate effectively with senior leaders. Build and deepen relationships across new and existing accounts in partnership with Customer Success. Proactively resolve customer issues and safeguard long-term satisfaction and account health. Keep all account activity accurately logged in Salesforce. Monitor logistics and supply chain trends along with competitive offerings and innovations. Travel up to 50% to meet prospects in person. Qualifications 5+ years in enterprise SaaS or technology sales, with a tenacious, self-motivated hunter's mindset. 3+ years selling logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions.
