Role Overview

The Account Executive III sells Axonify‘s modern learning platform to enterprise level clients, penetrating new markets and establishing new named accounts utilizing Axonify‘s sales methodology.

What You Will Do

Manage opportunities from qualification to close, navigate to decision makers, build business cases, and develop an effective territory strategy.

7+ years of enterprise sales experience, strong understanding of business, sales, and strategic pipeline growth, ability to persuade and influence, and experience managing and tracking activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the frontline audiences, eLearning, Finance & Insurance, or related industries
  • Experience selling complex SaaS Software, preferably in a disruptive market
  • Strong understanding of business, sales, and strategic pipeline growth and management
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence, gain support, and plan ahead for prospective sales activities
  • Advanced ability to deliver effective presentations and be intentional on all communication to create a strong value proposition
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated experience in developing client relationships, prospecting and negotiation skills, with the ability to take complex, fully custom deals through to close
  • Experience managing and tracking activities in Salesforce and working with leadership to create a sales growth plan
  • Territory management experience
