About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive with Equifax Workforce Solutions, you will own and grow an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts across the US. Your mission is to translate sales strategy into measurable, profitable results — partnering closely with clients to understand their needs and connect them with the right solutions. This is a high-impact opportunity for a driven professional who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and meaningful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out targeted sales strategies that fuel sustainable, profitable growth within an assigned book of business.
- Manage and deepen relationships across a defined set of enterprise accounts.
- Identify expansion opportunities and align Equifax Workforce Solutions offerings to client priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver value and close complex deals.
- Track performance against revenue goals and refine your approach to maximize results.
Qualifications
- Proven success in enterprise or strategic B2B sales, ideally within data, technology, or workforce solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate large, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to develop new skills and chart new paths.
