About the Role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Built In, you'll own the full sales cycle, bringing our AI-powered employer reputation platform to enterprise buyers in Chicago. Key Responsibilities Source and close new enterprise accounts, converting pipeline through value-driven conversations rather than generic outreach. Map complex organizations, decode how purchasing decisions get made, and build relationships across global budget holders. Stay current on the people, talent acquisition, and HR tech landscape so you can educate buyers in a market where attribution is genuinely hard. Partner closely with a dedicated sales development rep while taking full accountability for your number. Forecast accurately and manage a healthy pipeline through Salesforce or a comparable CRM. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including 2+ years selling into enterprise accounts. A track record of guiding complex buying groups and influencing C-level and VP decision makers. Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass an annual revenue target of one million dollars or more, in both strong and challenging markets. Proven success generating net-new business and selling against entrenched incumbents. Strong command of sales process, forecasting, and pipeline discipline; Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred. HR or recruiting sales background strongly preferred.
