The Engineering Manager for the Clustering Platform team will own and evolve the systems that power Chainalysis‘s core clustering capabilities. You’ll lead a high-performing engineering team, shape the next-generation clustering architecture, and partner closely with data and product teams to keep our platform ahead of an ever-changing industry.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on software and data engineering skills
- Deep experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems
- A track record for leading high-performing engineering teams
- Ability to context-switch between people leadership and hands-on technical contribution
- Collaborative, servant-leadership style grounded in technical credibility
