We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to support and enable our core Platform and Infrastructure teams in planning, executing, and delivering the Candid platform.
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or other similar degree.
- 6+ years of experience in a Software Engineering Leadership position, as a Senior Manager, or Manager of Managers.
- Track record of successfully leading people and teams to build scalable and reliable distributed systems;
- Demonstrated excellence in technical decision making;
- Successful interviewing, hiring, and mentoring product focused engineering teams;
- Collaboration with company leadership, sales, and product teams to define and execute our long-term product strategy;
