• Practical experience in building, facilities, or equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
• Clear, courteous communication with guests, customers, and team members.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site at the Austin, Texas location (this position is not remote).
• Willingness to support preventive maintenance schedules and respond to repair requests as they arise.

Compensation

This full-time, non-management Engineer IV position offers a pay rate of $26.50 per hour.
