Requirements
- Leading and guiding multiple complex, large transformation engagements
- Ensuring client success and delivering financial metrics
- Managing client relationships and escalations
- Assisting in cross-sell and up-sell, driving CSAT, SME knowledge and best practices
- Providing work direction and feedback to resources across multiple projects and programs
