Energy Manager, Power Delivery

As Energy Manager, Power Delivery, you will help shape and advance Meta's data center energy strategy, driving the creation of practical, cost-conscious power solutions that keep pace with rapid growth. This is a hands-on opportunity for a disciplined, motivated professional who wants real influence over how a leading technology company powers its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to Meta's data center energy strategy and long-term power delivery planning
• Support the design and rollout of economical energy solutions across a growing fleet of data centers
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep power infrastructure efficient, dependable, and scalable
• Help evaluate and prioritize energy initiatives that balance cost, performance, and reliability

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with energy, power delivery, or data center infrastructure programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
• A self-directed, motivated approach and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Ability to work on-site at the New York State Campus in Albany County (this role is not remote)
